Birth of first foal from rescued ‘smuggled’ Dover 26 horses

As we head towards 100 years of helping horses in 2027, we’d love to hear how our charity has touched our supporters’ lives – since none of our work would be possible without our incredible supporters.

Whatever your relationship with World Horse Welfare, whether you’ve rehomed, volunteered, fundraised, helped spread the word about our work, or signed a petition, your story matters.

If you’d like to help us celebrate a century of being there for horses, please email stories@worldhorsewelfare.org and share your story – we’d love to know what World Horse Welfare means to you.
