Pwllgwyn (R) Jess (Dixie)
Meet Pwllgwyn (R) Jess (Dixie)
Dixie is being rehomed as a companion with potential. In the future, she has the potential to be backed as a small pony however, due to her size she can also be rehomed as just a companion. Since her arrival, Dixie has come on leaps and bounds with her basic handling. She is happy to be lead in from the field on her own and with another pony, loves a groom and interacting with people. She stands in a stable for short periods, but currently lives out with a herd of mares. We are looking for a home for Dixie, with ponies who are already managed on restricted grazing to control their weight. She is a bright young pony who would make a lovely addition to a family home. Please be aware if Dixie were to be backed in the future her MAXIMUM RIDER WEIGHT would be 5 1/2 stone. Due to poor hoof condition on arrival, Dixie will require 4 weekly farrier visits in a home until this improves.
Important stuff
Pwllgwyn (R) Jess (Dixie) could be worked in the future.
History
