Meet Danoe Diamond Geezer

Sweet boy Diamond is now looking for his new home as a companion. Having been rescued as part of a welfare case in 2015, Diamond was much loved in a home for many years. He is now back at the farm and ready to find his next home. Diamond is a gentle soul who is good to handle and loves a groom and a pamper. The perfect home for Dimond would be where he could live with other geldings on restricted grazing and where he isn’t left alone. He could stable part time if needed. Diamond has very mild sweet itch which is managed with a rug in the spring and summer and baths as needed, he is very good to have all of this done.

Important stuff

Danoe Diamond Geezer can never be ridden or driven.

All equines in our centres are regularly assessed by a team of experts including a vet, physiotherapist and farrier, and these assessments have found that Danoe Diamond Geezer is not suitable to be worked.

History

Danoe Diamond Geezer came into World Horse Welfare care following a call to the welfare line in April 2015 regarding concerns over a group of 20 ponies in Wales. They were all in very poor body condition with over grown hooves. Diamond was an unhandled colt at this time.
