Meet Crunchie
Horse rehomed
Crunchie is a handsome young chap who is generally good to handle for his age. He is very cautious of anything new and is not the bravest of youngsters, although he would like to be. He is the type of pony who will benefit from a one to one relationship with a person he can trust . The more he is handled the more he learns to relax and he now enjoys a bit of pampering. His personality is starting to open up as he gains more confidence. In the herd he enjoys the thought of being in charge although he is careful who he takes on and sensible enough to avoid conflict. Crunchie is not suitable to ride but as his persoanlity starts to shine through he will make an adorable little companion to others.
Important stuff
Crunchie can never be ridden or driven.
All equines in our centres are regularly assessed by a team of experts including a vet, physiotherapist and farrier, and these assessments have found that Crunchie is not suitable to be worked.
History
Crunchie came into our care as a welfare concern
